Hotel-Pension Hauser

This b&b is very nice, price is reasonable, compare to other properties in Pontresina. We have the room with ensuit bathroom, it is very cozy with all the matching wooden furniture, typical European b&b, quite different style from those gigantic chain hotels, like ibis or aston. I can say that the owner is not stingy in providing fresh fruit in the breakfast buffet in the morning. The owner also run a restaurant in the ground floor, the food is also good and the price is reasonable!! Also, for 2 night stay you can get mountain pass for free, you can take all the ropeways, train bus for free. We have taken advantages of it and hv saved at least 100 chf. 2 minutes walk from the hotel is ski lift to alphangard. The view up there is breathtaking! And also there is very nice restaurant up there. The only downside is the property is quite far from the station, and its is uphill and uphill. From pontresina sta is about 15 mins, from surovas sta is closer, 6-7 mins. Definetely will come back!
