Avoid this place. The only good thing its the location in the heart of city center / old town.  Its not even worth the price (there can be found better and even 4* hotels for the same price in the city center). The conditions are very poor, I give this place 1,5 - max 2 stars. We even had to make the bed ourselves upon arrival, there were only sheets left on the bed..The cleaning service doesnt exist there, the “cleaning lady” only comes to change towels, no cleaning is happening. there is no sweeping of floor, washing of sink, shower, nothing, no toiletries are additionally provided. We even had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast is very poor, no selection, only bread with one type of cheese, ham, cucumber and tomatoes and some cheap paté. No variety to choose from, everyday the same, no pastry, no juices, no coffee machine, no selection of tea. One day the orange limonade was spoiled, another day the cheese was spoiled. The carpet in the room and as well as walls are dirty, the bed was literally falling apart. We found the place Via booking and select the option to pay upon arrival, which we planned to do via cart, but the receptionist informed us that they take only cash. I wonder how it’s then possible to pay in advance via booking by card, it the hotel accept only cash. We were not informed about that in advance of course. Also, there is no parking (even the hotel says otherwise), we had to manage the parking in public parking places by ourselves. This “hotel” needs renovation, proper cleaning and better customer care service.

Not recommending, avoid this run-down and dirty place.

Situated in the old city most attractions were within walking distance.
Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Some were expensive but the majority were reasonably priced.

Clean &  cosy hotel with very friendly staff

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel located just near Bascarsija, the key Sarajavo's landmark. The venue offers private parking slots (need to be reserved in prior) next to the building, very convenient. The hotel bar offers beer and coffee, breakfast at the ground floor - no huge choice but should work fine for most of the guests. If you want to go for a drink we recommend Caffe Bar Code.
Our room was a bit smelly, no air conditioning. Bed sheets somewhat worn, so are the towels. The shower sink was clogged up which made water spill all over the floor - the observation shared with the reception upon check out.

Great location

this hotel couldn't be more central for the Bašćaršija or old town. room was clean and large enough. the staff were very friendly. breakfast was basic but good, exactly what's needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

First room had a terrible noise on the Airco, so we changed rooms.
Second room was very dirty, with hair in the toilet seat, floor and sink.
Bed sheets were not big enough to cover the whole bad and there was a nasty red mark on the bed and again , NO Air conditioning.
We were traveling with 4, our friends also got a dirty bathroom, with hair everywhere and nasty shower head. 

The girl on the reception was very polite and helpful while the owner didn’t even want to talk to us and he was saying that I was only looking for discount, that the hotel was full and that at night the temperature drops and I don’t have to worry about being hot and left me speaking alone. 
I travel a lot and I have never seen such a thing....
The only plus about this place is the location.

Nasty- Don’t stay here

Spent three nights there and loved its location. Early in the morning, you can just walk outside and enjoy the sounds of Bascarsija - deliveries arriving, the merchants opening their small shops, and a new addition, a lovely man who plays old Bosnian songs on an accordion. Vijecnica is only around the corner, the newest attraction in the city, the cable car lift, is just across the bridge. 
Almost all the staff was very friendly and ensured that we had everything. We requested a Bosnian coffee on the first day and the lady making it did not seem happy about having to do so. The breakfast did not include many choices...we expected more spreads, so we had our coffee and breakfast outside. This did cost extra, but at least Bascarsija has a lot to offer - Staklo had a nice, affordable breakfast.
Parking was an issue. They have on-site parking, but if you leave, you may not get a spot upon returning to the hotel. We were lucky to always get a spot - in case there is no room, there is paid parking next door.
The room was not clean. Dust and spider webs collected over time have not been cleaned, and there was a pretzel on the floor on the day we arrived. It remained there for the next 4 days.
The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Perfect location, but could be cleaner

We loved being able to walk everywhere in Old Town from the hotel. The staff was helpful with free wifi and breakfast is included, which we appreciated (there was a spread of meats, cheese, yogurt, toast etc.) The rooms could use an update, but we spent very little time in the hotel. We couldn't find the remote to the air conditioner, but the staff was quick to rectify the problem.

Perfect location! Rooms need an update

The two positives of this hotel is its central location and nice staff, but apart from that, not a good experience.  We were four couples who spent three nights at the hotel.  Each room had problems, air conditioning and showers that weren't working properly, even after switching rooms, the situation didn't improve much.  The breakfast is OK, but the hotel maintenance is severely neglected, doesn't feel clean, dirty wall to wall carpeting, sheets too short for the beds.  Would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone!
