A glass of Cava for breakfast, is a great start to the weekend, and breakfast isn't served until 09:00, so you have to pause and unwind. There is a ban on smart phones etc. in the spa, so you also have a 'tech' detox as well. All very refreshing. The staff were very helpful, we were shown to our room when we arrived, and the layout of the spa and restaurant was explained. The range of saunas, pools, steam-rooms kept us busy over the weekend, only stopping for a beer to keep hydrated. Food was good, and the breakfast particularly so. Robes and towels are provided if you're staying at the hotel, so all you need are flip-flops.
