Timos(Timotije) is a very good man and very interesting person,we are have only good words for him and his hotel.Very nice pool,always is very clean,and very good personel.Hotel have a elevator,rooms a very clean,only bathroom for me is not very good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was impeccably clean. Great balcony. Only a 5 minute walk to the center of town. The manager directed us to a hiking trail into Mt. Olympus National Park, which was gorgeous. We only stayed one night and wished we had opted for one more.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and we liked it. The room was large and clean, and it included a kitchinette. The bathroom was rather small. Nice balcony, too. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We would certainly go there again!

Hidden Gem of a Hotel in a Hidden Gem of a Village

Nice hotel, large room

The price was ok, the room was big and it was good that we had a kitchinette. Also a good location, close to Lidl and not too far from the beach. The owner was a nice guy, and the pool was also ok.
The room wasn't that clean as we expected, we had to clean it ourselves. Nobody gave us hygienic paper (only the one that we find when we get there) or towels or any bags for trash. The bathroom was quite small. 
Unfortunatelly we had the room facing the street and the noise was disturbing since it is the main street and also all the trips starts from there (so there are many busses coming and leaving).

Price is ok, but average hotel

I was in holiday in July in Paralia Katerinis, Hotel Studios San Giorgio, where I spent 7 days with two other familly friends. 
First of all, I did not receive the rooms offered (promised) by the agency in Romania.

The rooms are spacious, the balcony is quite large, the minimal and very cheap utilities, half defective, the cleanliness is desirable. (so we started our stay with a clean break ...)

The bathroom door could not be closed, so I called the administrator. He came quite quickly, saw that I was right and he asked me: "Are not you a family? - Yes, we are ... - Then why do you want to close the door to the bathroom? , - it's our habit... - OK, I'm sending someone to fix it, after weekend. - Thanks, but why the air conditioning does not work? - Goes but I have to swich on for 4E. per day. The air was irrespirable so you do not look at the 28E if you want to survive 7 days. (you do not receive a receipt for these money even if you ask) As for the bathroom door, it remained as it did at the beginning, did not send anyone.

If you want to sleep in peace, avoid this hotel. Half of the hotel was rented by 16-18 year old Serbian youngsters, standing 6-7 in the room, drunk and drugged all the time, but especially at night when the parties were getting hotter.

Do not think you can use the grill on the edge of the pool - it's full of flowers.

Prepare yourself with garbage bags and toilet paper because you only get 1 piece for 7 days.

Know that you have to carry your own garbage out in the street - you will feel "at home".

As for the resort, I can not say that conquered me. Stray dogs on the street, sea water is full of algae and jellyfish (in 7 days no one has cleaned the beach of algae and dead jellyfish). Paralia Katerini is a place full of concrete and hot asphalt.

Eating in restaurants is good, not very expensive, but not cheap. The attitude of waiters, travel agents, etc. gives you a bitter taste.

My advice is to pay a little more and avoid Paralia Katerinis !!!

Avoid this hotel !!!!

Horrible owner, horrible rooms, night time parties near pool, today was russian drunk party, we couldn't sleep.
Owner always ask for money
If you not buy a drink there, you are nobody for owner, he'll ignore or yell on you
