Strebersdorferhof - Essen Schlafen Leben 

The ambience is fantastic, the building is beautiful and so is the location- especially for the tram service. The history of the hotel needs to be emphasized. It would be good to have more photos of the history of the hotel being a family business. Service can be improved. As a family business it may be a challenge to provide highly professional service but it is possible. Everybody (staff) is very busy especially in the evenings. WiFi internet can also be improved. Shower space is a bit small. Am a big fellow but I think in my room it was a bit small. The place should be made fully non smoking for the bar/restaurant and rooms. A section on the outside can be made a smoking area. The smoke from the bar area eventually reaches the rooms through the corridor. The breakfast is good- it would be nice to add some music to the room in the morning; some Austrian music- it was too quiet. The vegetables and foods in Vienna are as tasty as those back home. A fairly priced full-board option would be a good idea. I like the help with calling a Taxi.
