Hotel Seerose

A charming, quiet, clean and comfortable inn run by an efficient and hospitable staff. Located in a small town among houses and fields, it is peaceful but somewhat isolated. The train station is about a 6-block walk away. Our room was cozy and clean, with a small balcony overlooking a neighboring yard. There are two floors of rooms and no elevator. We were surprised that washcloths were not provided with towels, but that must be an American thing. Also still puzzled by the way they make the beds over there, with the folded twin comforters. The continental breakfast included cold cuts, boiled eggs, cereals, yogurts, breads and fruit. A very pleasant experience!
