Clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly 
Convenient for travelers as they have a gas station, mart, and restaurant.  Nice view of city and surrounding mountains. Close to Markovi Kuli and St Archangel Michael Monastery. Only downside for my wife was lack of lift/elevator.

Couldn’t ask for more

The hotel is mediocre even for PRILEP standards. The rooms have not maintained from the opening of the hotel. The cleaning level is poor. Nevertheless the restaurant of the hotel is excellent serving nice food in logic prices. This is the reason for the 3 stars (5 for the restaurant and 2 for the hotel).

Mediocre

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Our balcony had the view of a nice green field and the mountains which was nice. It would have gotten a 5 star review, however a week before our departure from Sydney to Macedonia we were told that they were renovating the hotel and that our room was no longer available - being Pivo Fest weekend and the fact we travelling 24 hours to a place where we may not have had accommodation was stressful, however the issue was sorted easily via email and there was a room available upon our arrival. Staff we really helpful when it came to booking taxi's and taking messages. It's a nice and basic hotel and exceeded my expectations for my first trip to the Motherland!

Good Hotel

Stay at this hotel only if you care about neither service nor equipment:
(1) On check-in, we were told that breakfast was served from 7 to 10. We arrived in the restaurant around 7.30 the next morning, then sat around for roughly 10 minutes until the employee who had checked us in the afternoon before came to tell us that breakfast would be served from 9.00. While this made it impossible for us to have breakfast at the hotel, the same employee refused to adjust our bill accordingly.
(2) The "two bedroom apartment with balcony" in which we stayed had a kitchenette consisting of a refrigerator, stovetop, two glasses, and several empty cabinets and drawers (i.e., no plates or silverware). The lack of kitchen equipment made the kitchenette nearly useless, which was particularly annoying given the lack of breakfast.

*No lift
