Cristina was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and incredibly accommodating! We were only supposed to stay one night but we extended our stay due to her hospitality and great advice. She truly made our stay so much better. She spoke very good English and provided us with the best information to make the most out of our visit in Rome. We are very grateful and will be recommending to hotel to friends and family!
