Very nice hotel Rajat , very nice staff, all facilities available, restaurant food cheap and best, Mr kailash, Mr amit Verma very nice person, good behaviour , Near to mall road. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

e went in the starting in january,this is the best hotal in Shimla .Food is excellent and staff are good,amazing view from the hotal .Manager of hotal mr. Rinku & Chander Mohan is very friendly.i am 100% satisfied from hotal staff and location.

This hotel is 850 metres from the Mall Road. Rooms are of wood and are worth staying. Breakfast and dinner are served by the hotel. Don't miss those. The food is memorable. Also, for sightseeing you can take Ola Rental. Ola and Uber are available in Shimla.

I visited the hotel in last week of May. It was a memorable stay. Hotel is located very near to Mall road  neat and clean rooms with excellent service It was very awesome experience hotel staff and management also very good

Hotel Rajat is at a very good location of shimla ,i.e. at same level of mall road.
Cars are not allowed on this level because of VIP road.i was very worried because i was accompanied with my wife who is asthmatic and cannot walk much on hilly areas.
By the hotel staff was extremely cooperative and managed my car to hotel , even his assistant came to nearby to take me to hotel location.
Rooms are good , but did not find heater.
My driver of taxi forgot to bring a blanket . They do not have ruled to give to drivers.
But they managed to arrange one from somewhere.
Food was arranged in room by the restaurant and good .
Overall , i wad happy with the hospitality . 
I ead feeling helpless to go to mall road with wife .
But they suggested that wheel chairs are available at lift , about 1 km .
I went there and came back with one and a person to run it.
So , we wrw able to walk upto full makk road and ridge with wheel chair and enjoyed the sunshine and day 
My all thanks to hotel staff

It is one of the best hotel in Shimla area.Excellent service , supporting staff, I recommended this Rajat Hotel Shimla to all.Easy to reach the Rajat hotel , it is on the nice location in Manali.proper transportation vehicles are also provided from Rajat hotel for tourists.

Very Awesone Place In Shimla

From 11/02/2020 to 13/02/2020 I was in Hotel Rajat with my family members. The hotel is average hotel. The behavior of the hotel manager is very rude. However there is no parking space in the hotel. In every room there is some problem like water heater, room heater are not working properly in every room. Lights are very low in every room. For every night we have shouted for foods. There are lot of differences for foods which they promised and which they provides. Overall experience is very poor. Though I am giving average.

Recent visit at Shimla

Its an old property, with tiny rooms. The food & facilities are not good. Was forced to stay due to travel agent booking. Had to walk with luggage for 15 mins to reach as cars r not allowed on this road due to CM house.
