Stayed here for 4 nights, enjoyed it very much 

Great base for Ellora and Ajanta and 2 minute walk from the train station 

Service was good, sometimes too friendly but in no way poor 

Public areas and corridors are not the tidiest but room and sheets very clean not a new bug in sight 

This is a budget hotel, so you are getting budget don’t expect luxury 

Paid 450 p/n after haggling on arrival 

Stayed here overnight. It was a good budget hotel. better than the other options available there.
decent service. washrooms were attached and clean. room service from a nearby restaurant is also available.

Excellent budget base for Ellora & Ajanta

This hotel is a you get what you pay for type of scenario - dont think you've found a bargain spot.

Check in took forever with multiple copies of all our forms made.
We had to pay 50% of the room rate to check in early despite their being hardly any other guests.
While the room was at the lower end of OK the corridors, "lobby" and stairways were dirty.

Had i not been ill with a high fever at the time of checking in I should have seen the warning signs and run for the doors - but i was exhausted and in desperate need to lie down.

We were charged more than double the rate for a small batch of washing than what our precious hotel did.

On the plus side - they offered to store our bags for us when we went out to Ajanta for the day.

If youve got a tight budget and dont mind a little bit of dirt then it is still passable - otherwise - look elsewhere.

Questionable hygiene, central location

I visited the location for an examination and booked hotel their room is not clean . Fan was running slow . I had to adjust a lot .. Budget average hotel do not prefer for family . Read the reviews carefully and then book the hotel

Average Service

Recently opted to stay this property as I had to just wash and fresh. It's not a hotel but a Lodging facility. Room size small . Wash room just ok sheets towels just u have to compromise as they charge cheap also so you can not expect more than that. So if looking for cheap price hotel can opt.
