We were a group of 4 , stayed there in May 2014 - 5 days Located on pedestrian street Amazonas -- this is the principal venue of the city-- just half a block from the main city square or Plaza de Armas. Clean, hot water throughout our stay. Did not smell to humidity or mildew like many old restored mansions do. Quiet even though it is located on the main street and close to the city square. Single room around 25 US$ , triple room 35 US$ - breakfast included. They have 3 different Wifi systems -- if one fails -- another one kicks in -- Wifi which was important for us was fast, reliable and ...free! Will stay there when we go back. Staff very helpful and friendly.
