Hotelli sijaitsee aivan E75 kupeessa, mutta alue on kuitenkin rauhallinen ja Pihtiputaan palvelut (esim. apteekki ja ruokakauppa) on aivan vieressä. Omistajien vieraanvaraisuus ja hotellin palvelu on aivan huippua. Ruoka on lähiseudulta, itsetehtyä ja maistuvaa. Huoneet ovat siistit ja puhtaat ja niissä on kaikki tarvittava. Hotelli oli myös koiraystävällinen. Todella suosittelemme Koto hotellia niin yöpymiseen kuin ruokailuun! We stayed for the night on our way up north and were so pleased we revisited on our way back home! While the hotel is located just next to the E75, the area is calm and beside all basic services of Pihtipudas (e.g. pharmacy and grocery stores). The hospitality and friendliness of the hotel management (Sirpa and Anneli) is top notch. The food is local, home made and tasty. The rooms are tidy and clean and sufficiently equipped. The hotel is dog-friendly. We warmly recommend the hotel for both lodgement and dining!
