Hotel Perruquet

We stayed at Hotel Perruquet for a ski trip from March 1-8 and had an amazing experience. The hotel feels very fresh, clean, and sporty. It has recently been renovated and is now run by the younger generation of the family, which is reflected in the modern touch and outstanding service. The staff is incredibly service-minded, friendly, and talkative, and they speak excellent English. Nothing is impossible or too much trouble here! I wanted to rent both alpine and cross-country skis, which turned out to be quite difficult, but the hotel went the extra mile and found a rental shop that had cross-country skis available. Truly impressive service! Breakfast was excellent, with delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages every day, and the coffee was great. The dinner was also of a very high standard—our favorites were the pasta aglio e olio and the cheese and charcuterie board. A great place to relax after a day on the slopes! The location couldn’t be better—right on the main shopping and bar street, just 200 meters from the lift and the après-ski bars. For the best après-ski, we highly recommend Love Bar on the slopes. When it comes to skiing, the Zermatt side is ideal for those who love speed and steep black runs, while the Cervinia side offers wide, well-groomed slopes suitable for all levels. If you’re only skiing on the Cervinia side, a more flexible SL ski might be better than a stiff GS ski to get the most out of the terrain. Cervinia is a charming, snow-sure resort with exceptionally well-prepared pistes. We will definitely be back! T
