Opera Hotel Zurich

Staying at this hotel was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Right from the start, the staff greeted me with such warmth, I felt like I belonged there. My room? Way beyond what I expected. I booked a standard queen, but they surprised me with an upgrade—a beautiful spot on the 5th floor with a king bed. That was a nice touch. The view was just wow. I could see part of the lake, and I caught myself just staring out the window, soaking it all in. And the location? Super convenient. I could walk to everything I needed, no hassle. Let’s talk about the bed for a second. It was so comfortable, I actually slept straight through the night, every night. That almost never happens for me. The room was spotless, and they really paid attention to the little things—those small amenities that make a stay feel special. I have to give Alex a special mention. He went out of his way to help with anything I needed, from check-in to check-out. Friendly, efficient, just made everything easy. That kind of service sticks with you. Oh, and the coffee! I don’t usually rave about hotel coffee, but this one was genuinely good—it became my morning ritual. If you’re thinking about a place to stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Next time I’m in town, I’m not even looking anywhere else. This place is a real find.
