I have booked the room for my parents which stayed for one night (just passing by). I called the reception because I had some issue on booking.com, she was very nice and patient, she gave me all needed details and solved the issue, also spoke perfect English. My parents arrived 15min after 21h00 but she was kind enough to wait for them as I explained that they are not so good in English. Very professional and nice, the receptionist convinced me it was a good choice (she deserves a raise). The room was very clean, they allow pets, they have a garage for parking ( but you have to pay it separately )
