Fantastic
We spent one night at the Hotel Miramare, driving in for the day from Siena. It's got an amazing location, right on the beach and we were lucky to get an oceanfront room. The balcony is small but it was so nice to sit out there and watch the waves in the evening and in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with great coffee. It was off season so the town wasn't that crowded. It was a lot warmer than normal for the time of year so the only drawback was that our room was warm, since the air conditioning had already been turned off for the season. We ate lunch at the hotel restaurant which was almost empty, but we liked the food and the service was great. They have a private parking lot a few blocks away from the hotel and they take you back and forth in a tuk tuk, which made it really easy to get in and out.
