After a very long uber journey from the airport (traffic was stop and start the whole way) we were greeted with a smile by the excellent reception staff (throughout our stay the staff were all very friendly and helpful). This is a very stylish hotel in an excellent location close to everything – hop on hop off bus stop is at the end of the road (turn left outside the hotel) – there was only one lift working when we arrived but by the next day both other lifts had been fixed. Our room (luxury Queen room) had coffee/tea maker, fridge and a safe. Bathroom was not huge but big enough. The best bit of this hotel, by far, is the roof top bar and amazing view of the Empire State Building and the view over New York. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again if in New York
