Hi we recently stayed here with my 13-year old daughter and some friends during new year and we loved it. I was a bit worried as I saw a review re: some noise but we stayed on the 7th floor and it was so quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. On the day we arrived the lift was out of order however the staff were so accommodating and helped carry my suitcase to my room which I was grateful for. The room was clean, stylish and equipped with everything you need for a city trip. It also had a very good shower, kettle and coffee machine (which I used each morning). Excellent location with some great food spots all within walking distance and the underground was less than a minutes walk away. I will definitely be back.
