This started with (as a solo traveler) trying to find the most cost effective accommodation I could as I was meeting my parents for the weekend whilst they had a stop during a week boat trip following the rhine. The best decision I made. Not only were the staff so helpful, professional and welcoming when I arrived very early Saturday morning. The lady allowed me to check in straight away. The room- beautiful, the view across the water to watch the swans and other birds and access to the balcony was just incredible. The quality and simplicity of the room. Coffee, beautiful teas - reusable cups. Beautiful bed linen and extremely comfortable. It was a treat to stay somewhere like this. Felt luxurious and very special. Breakfast- take it! bio products, calm and beautiful views. Again , the space was very enjoyable to be in. Check out- my time extended free of charge (as there was the possibility)
