I loved the view Of the ocean, and the room was perfect for my kid and me.

We stumbled upon this hotel on May 15, 2019. To our surprise, they were able to accommodate us. The view and sounds of the ocean from our room were a dream come true for me. Both my husband and I enjoyed the true king size bed as it was extremely clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (I’m originally from the Midwest parts of U.S. - I need A/C that works). The customer service was amazing! We fell in love with this hotel and their team. 

We wished we had stayed there longer, but we were on a spare of the moment, road trip. No hotel's after our stay at Hotel Jaqueline have surpassed what they provided to us. I’m a hotel snob (though on a poor person budget) and the hospitality we received along with the view was worth every penny (and they are reasonably priced for the view, room size, and free parking). 

We are originally from the U.S. and now live in México. We loved the hotel’s team welcoming us, even though my primary language is English and we didn’t have reservations. Thank you for working with us and your hospitality, Team Jaqueline! 

We hope to be able to visit your establishment in the near future. This time we will plan ahead, make reservations, and make sure stay the whole time at your establishment. Keep up the great work!

I have a very hard time leaving the deck, stunning sunsets! Very easy access to the beach and umbrellas and chairs are available. The staff are great and the Management goes out of his way to insure you have a memorable stay. The restaurant is also very good with excellent food and service. This hotel also has two working elevators!

Definitely a Room with a View!

Great place 

We stayed here for a few days in between trips. The good: rooms are plain,  but very clean. We had one with a kitchen which was very basic. We had a back balcony view, which was still nice I. The early morning. The housekeeping service e was very helpful. If we asked about anything like a microwave, or what have you, It was brought right away. I think a lot of the North Americans are long term renters. The building is very quiet - we heard no noise at all from other people in their rooms. The staff is friendly as are the owners. There are elevators for those who cannot do stairs. bad: we did not eat anything here as there was rarely anyone in the restaurant so I can’t comment on the quality of the food. The pool area was not inviting and needs an upgrade. There is a bar at the beach front but you have to order a drink in order to sit there. I would have liked somewhere to go in the evening to sit and have a glass of my own wine, or beer.  Wifi is very sporadic in the rooms, if at all. Also, we had to find out from other people about the beach chairs and uumbrellas being available. But, it’s a nice beach front hotel overall.

Good points and bad

We came to check in at the Hotel Jacquline yesterday around 3 pm.   The 2 bedroom unit we booked last July 2016 was simply not available to us.   The hotel was overbooked.   We were shown into a dark unit on the main floor that had one window overlooking the cleaning supplies.  No patio..and certainly not two bedrooms.  

The staff seemed very embarrassed, intimating that it was the fault of Booking.com.   We asked to see the owners, but it became clear that they were not nearby, or forthcoming.  Only someone from the kitchen staff was able to explain in English what was going on.   We had to go next door to the Estancia San Carlos to get a single room that was at least connected to the outside pool area.  We have this room for only 3 days.  

 Our planned holiday is, to say the least, completely overturned.
