If guests are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents:

Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for foreign visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

The rates are full board. Hotel's lodging rates include:

— Full Meals. Subject to the Hotel menu. First day: dinner; last day: breakfast and lunch. The days between the first and the last include all three meals.

— A non-alcoholic drink to accompany each meal.

— Welcome cocktail.

— Transfer from Bocagrande and the north area to the Bodeguita Pier. Round-trip transportation (set times) in speedboats or cars, as appropriate with the number of people arriving and departing.

Not included: Alcoholic beverages, snacks, hydrating drinks, Port tax COP 26500.00 per person.

At any time the hotel can change the transport logistics, when weather or safety conditions require it, condition by number of passengers +20 by sea, otherwise by land. In case of being by sea, the port fee of COP 26500.00 per person is not included.

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments.

A fee for a mandatory Christmas Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 24 December.

A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on 31 December.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
