I had the pleasure to book this hotel on the very last second, I looked on the map where Treia was and decided I could give it a try: it was my lucky day, when I reached the beautiful borgo di Treia I was astonished to find out that the hotel was right in the center of the medieval borgo, on top of a hill surrounded by a panorama that could be fitted on a painting... I arrived at 10.45PM because of sudden change of plans: the owner and staff welcomed me cheerfully as if it was 10AM so they showed me my room. With my surprise it had an elegant wooden parquet, it was well climatized and with a 22" nice LCD TV and most of all comfy and clean. Closed my eyes and popped them open right after and it was daytime. Nice continental breakfast, good espresso and off I went discovering the beauties of the surroundings. While flying out of the hotel eager to explore this beautiful part of Marche, the owner gasped after me handing me the drivers license I forgot on the desk. Really appreciated! I'll stop over as soon as possible also because I'm curious to try their restaurant. It's good for families, couples and whoever works in the area of Macerata / Tolentino
