Just Brilliant. From the moment we arrived we felt very happy and content. Clean rooms with great showers and jacuzzi baths as well as a communal hot tub and sauna for use. Great selection of wines and lovely restaurant. However it’s the welcome that awaits you from all the staff who are so friendly and helpful and will do their best to look after you. We are so glad we chose this hotel for our family stay and would go back in a heartbeat. We’ll done Hotel Firenze..
