We had 5 nights in one of the appartments. It was smart and comfortable, with a powerful shower and good wifi. The appartments have a fabulous sea view from the main bedroom and living room. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is very good, with lots of choice.

We stayed for two nights in an apartment with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised even though we were off season, during Christmas. If you want opulent luxury or a personal touch, look elsewhere - what is provided a clean, modern apartment with a beautiful view of the Ebeltoft bay. During hectic family visits, this was a calm haven and exactly what we needed. 

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was actually closed at the time but it was no problem getting the keys.

We atayed here for a working week and I have to say I really liked it. We had extremely nice food every evening, a real gourmet experience. The room was nice with a view at the sea. If I go back here I will stay at Ebeltoft Strand again. I recommend it.

The usual stuff in a season hotel: the room was ice cold when we arrived. Turned on the heat(electric) and went for lunch, and then it was OK. Went for a drink in the bar with real open fire(no artificial wood or gas) and after that for dinner in the connected restaurant

Great experience

A short winter stay

The location is fantastic with views directly to the sea. All rooms have balconies, although there are very, very small. Bed is very small and the interior of the room is award. There is a kitchen with plates and cutlery, but not a tea bag or instant coffee nor even salt. They call this a "botique" hotel, bit it is very far from botique. It is huge concrete buildings with the only real attration is the view. Prices are too high (1490 DKK for a duble per night). You can buy breakfast at the excorbitant price of 195 DKK per person.

Great views, rooms ok

We stayed here for a total of two weeks, and rented an apartment. At first sight it was nice. Modern, two bedrooms, nice sized veranda, lovely view, well equipped kitchen. Looks clean.
Later i realize that it may be both dusted and vacuumed, but it is filthy.
I had to go out to buy vinegar to clean the shower before use. The dish washer was so dirty it refused to clean, the clothes smelled funny from the washing machine (I have now learned to clean all equipment before use when renting an apartment). And after doing all of this I wanted a nice shower only to find that a plumber was needed because the drain was blocked. I will NOT fix disgusting drains on my vacation. Also the bathroom mat was so dirty and smelled so bad that we threw it outside for our entire stay. 

If you are up to spending a full day cleaning to make it fit for human habitation, this place is nice. It is calm, fresh and has nice beds. It would have been nice with a playground for the kids, but if one travels without, this is perfect. Ebeltoft is a nice little town, and these apartments are walking distance to everything.
