What was bad
Even though we had booked two single beds, they gave us a double bed. When we asked for our room to be changed, they were very rude to us and told us to go to the bus and come around at 5pm. As someone who has traveled to nearly 70 countries and stayed in hundreds of different hotels, I can say that the rudest, most sullen and repulsive receptionist I have ever seen in my life works at this hotel. Bad Bad Bad 😡
