It had a strange vibe. I think it was cheaper for the area so we probably just got what we paid for.

Only thing good about HOTEL is its location, however that is not any reason to stay here when other hotels in area are far superior than, this one.

The hotel is run down and in need of repairs. The only time they would clean or make up the room is when we asked. We had 2 different rooms in our 12 night stay. They both would leak water from the roof when the people upstairs would shower. The only good things about the hotel is location. 2 good coffee shops only steps away, restaurants only steps away and the beach, boat and dive businesses were at the end of the street (1 block away). I personally will not stay here again. Sacrificing luxury for price was not worth it. Oh ya, at least we had a fridge.

Check in was bad, the foreign owner could not even check his itinerary registration, the room air conditioner did not work.  The room was not cleaned and we have only been here for 7 days of a 14 days stay.  The water in shower and sink is salty.  The walls are stained, The window will not close which is a security concern.  Fresh towel have not been brought to the room even though we have asked.  Once my girlfriend was cussed at by the owner of the Hotel.  The Hotel is quiet worn down, as if owned by a slum lord, but we really believe that this owner has no Hotel experience and should be in another type of business

Do not stay at this hotel if you have a choice.  Its not Cheap so stay away!

The place was really dirty especially the bathrooms filthy I had to leave the place the same day I couldn’t even take a shower because everything there was dirty and smell really bad.

Bathroom was nightmare, toilet that does not flush, no hot water, smelly water. Room was ok  but smelled like sewer.

Hotel manager's family/friends lived in the building and were incredibly noisy late at night, even past midnight, and way early in the morning. They knocked on our door multiple times every day mistaking our room for one of their families, shouting out the name of the person. The room was OK. The bed springs make noise at the slightest touch and the bed was sunken in. The shower drain backed up multiple times and the towels provided are thin with rust markings.The manager had decent service to try and fix the clog in the drain, kept checking in for leaks, and provided clean towels everytime we requested. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel, but we did since it was the cheapest. You get what you pay for.

The place had cockroaches and was disgusting. Wouldn’t stay at any cost. Staff was friendly, but the room was gross. Soap holder fell off in the shower randomly without being touched and cockroaches ran everywhere.

When checking into a 2 double bed room, we were received by the reception staff who told us he only had a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed as he'd sold our room to someone else, when i explained we'd paid for 2 double beds and there was 4 of us he offered us a 2nd room but the tried to charge us in the end he reluctantly gave us the room with no additional charge, the room was in very poor condition with no hot water, one of the light fittings broken and exposed. The room was not very clean and the bed has very uncomfortable.

Run down hotel but in good location

The hotel itself is in disrepair, not necessarily dirty but not much time is spent keeping things up. My ceiling fan didn't work, but the AC unit did. The windows didn't have screens in them and the fixtures had at least one working light bulb. There was a working fridge. The beds, bathroom, and floor were clean but the walls not so much.

I didn't have any issue staying here because the location was good and the price was right. If you're looking for a place to crash after being outside most of the day this is good for that. If you're looking for someplace you can relax and feel like you're on vacation this would not be the place.
