I went to San Miguel de Allende after many years and found this lovely boutique hotel. Very clean, delicious breakfast, the girls were amazing with us. Quite place and very secure area. They also have valet parking an block from hotel. Walking distance to downtown and many other attractions and different churches.
Highly recommend them.

We were celebrating the 80th birthday of my Mother and we "closed" the Hotel with all the members of our Family. (15 persons distributed in 6 rooms)
The attentions of the stage were fabulous and they prepared the celebration dinner ... just incredible.  The only thing they have to improve is the possibility of a good heather if the temperature downs a lot at night (that´s what happened to us during the last week)

Situated 3 blocks away from the town's center, and a 10 to 20 minute walk to most of the main attractions, Casa Correo is a great option.
Ample rooms with large bathrooms ( room 6) , flat tv, good Wifi and far enough from the town's night noises (parties, music, church bells, firecrackers, etc). It has valet parking.
They started serving breakfast just today, and I'm proud to say that my wife and I were the first guests to have breakfast in the premises (before they gave you complementary pass to have breakfast at another location)
Service is excellent!!

Are you looking for a charming small hotel attended by their owners with an unbeatable location?: This is it, the hotel opened less than a year ago with an excellent location, a discrete elegance (like the two super-chic owners), has only six rooms, so everyone will know you by your name, and for sure is a perfect example of the mexican hospitality.

This is a boutique hotel that delivers the expected experience, having the good things of being in a small cozy place, with its drawbacks as of noise and not having the best bathrooms and ammenities. The hotel is nice located to walk around, service is very personal and the breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant with a fixed option menu. Rooms are ample, noisy if you face the streets as windows are old. 
I recommend if you will be visiting for a weekend.
