room   clean ,bed  comfortable 'staff great .facilities dated but clean restau rant was closed but ample breakfast is included

the pool is huge and heated to 34 c        mineral  water.you feel great after. The 
view of alps is spectacular  parking easy

George and his mum were so lovely. The hotel was rather grand and the pool and sauna were lovely and quiet. 
Highly recommend this place if you want to have a lovely stay in a quiet area.  Breakfast was abundant, room was tasteful, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean.

Does exactly what was advertised. Really friendly staff, nice pool, close to the ski resorts, ample parking etc.

A great value deal, especially for families, if you’re heading to the slopes in and around Klosters and Davos. Will head there again.

It's hard to think about something I didn't like but if I most, I suggest to give more variety at dinner in the daily menu, especially choice in the main dish

I had a great time in Bad Serneus! Wonderful nature and the most relaxing time in the swimming pool. Great skiing slopes in the area and very helpful staff. Can't wait to come back! I would definetely recommend it to my friends.

Spent a magical winter week with family. You can't ask for more: 
Great spa facilities with warm healing spring pool and massage jets,
Cross country skiing and hiking trails right at the door, 
15 min by free bus or car to more cross country trails and Klosters/Davos alpine skiing area,
Welcoming hosts and very friendly staff,
Very varied food choice for breakfast and dinners,
Amazing library, large screen TV room, piano salon and billiard room in the hotel,
Beautiful, tranquil location.
I've been to Klosters several times, and find this hotel one of the top places to stay in the area. Definitely coming back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and revitalizing holiday!

The owner et of the hotel is very unpleasant and not facilitating the stay of the guest. When you want to pay, he does not say hello, do not ask about the quality of the stay, and has no interest on the quality of the pstay. He makes no effort to at least seem polite. It is a shame.

We stayed 2 nights on the weekend. It’s first day after they closed and we are the first guests (I guess) 
The hotel is good even though there is not much sun coming to this hotel. 

The room is quite hot but air was very dry inside the room. We wanted to open the window but outside there is horse farmer with its smells. 
The breakfast is minimalist. Means, they only prepare food and drink just for 2 of us, without any chance to ask more food. They don’t even have warm milk. No croissant. Coffee was just so-so. Just too simple breakfast for this ‘big’ hotel. 

The opening hours for pool is not quite right: 10am to 9pm only! 
We can’t enjoy the pool in the morning before we go out visiting the village. 
I went to the pool once around 5pm and no one around the pool. I couldn’t ask help how to switch on the bubble machine (like jacuzzi but inside the pool). Inside the changing rooms are cold too. 

Honestly, the service of this hotel was not I expected. 

Opening day without enough service

I stayed here during my business trip and it was a terrible experience. The heating system was whistling so hard that even the ear plugs were no help. Eventually, very late in the evening I had to call somebody to fix it. It turned out the issue occurred before. 
Another problem was that there was no mini bar whatsoever in my room, however I later got a letter from this hotel where they requested to pay for some beverages I didn't use. Moreover, when they discussed this problem with my company, they kept insulting me by writing in their emails to my employer something like "He should know how to behave in hotels". Good for me, that my colleagues trusted me, not them. The overall feeling was that I was not their customer, but that they were doing me a favor by letting me stay in this place. The rooms look quite shabby. 
I obviously do not recommend this hotel.

Bad experience in Bad Serneus

Although the hotel is not centrally located (you need a car to get there) we had a nice relaxing stay there. The hotel looks a bit old fashion and needs refreshing, The staff is very nice and helpful.
Breakfast are ok but the restaurant does not offer home made cooking.
