Perfect location for central Venice and san marco. The hotel was perfect, small, personalised, very friendly staff and helpful.Room was small but warm, clean, fresh linen every day. breakfast was plenty of choice to fill up on for the day cereal, egg bacon hams cheese cakes pastries, fruit, fruit syrups, yogurts. I’m gluten free, we’re able to offer fresh baguette, cereal and sweet biscuits everyday for me. Just let them know beforehand or on arrival. Perfect for cost and location, would definitely return and recommend.

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.

A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
