Hotel Apex International

I have to say that this has been one of my most wonderful stays ever. I checked into the hotel on 23rd December 2017, I'd booked 2 rooms. I was supposed to have got in by 7:30 am, unfortunately my train had got cancelled and I got a bus which reached at 6 am. I had called the hotel in advance and they had assured me that I could get an early check in by 8 am. But due to the problems of the train I was there by 6:30am, my mother also unfortunately had a nasty fall in the bus. The hotel staff was just out of the world. They immediately checked me in. The rooms were an absolute delight, I felt like i"d checked in a 5 star deluxe. The rooms were really clean, the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful. The staff throughout the stay was very helpful, they even dressed the wound my mother had. The breakfast was again nice it was a mix of North Indian and South Indian. Apart from Corn flakes and toast. One thing (and I'll say I'm being picky), is that I wish they could have had cold milk to go with the corn flakes. I had booked a smaller room the next day, as I was going to check out at 10pm, but the manager was really wonderful, and he told me that I could continue in the same room. I would like to in this case mention both the night duty as well as the day duty managers, they were so wonderful and nice always making sure that my stay was comfortable. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the hotel staff from the managers onwards, including the restaturant staff who were always smiling and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel in future too. And I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.
