We stayed at the Hotel Adriatic and they have a restaurant a few meters away. They serve buffet style for only 110 kunas each with a variety of salads, dishes and sides and desserts. Wine and water not included. Water is 24 kunas per bottle which is good for two. Behind the restaurant is the Adriatic Sea and the view is simply beautiful. The dishes are fish and meats and veggies, all cooked fresh and tasty. The breakfast also is served in this restaurant. I love their freshly baked croissants and pastries. They serve ham, cheese, different bread varieties, eggs, juices and coffee. They have cereal and milk too. There are no variety of coffee creamers like in the US but the coffee is already mixed with milk and it is really guaranteed to wake you up.
