We have arrived in Mallnitz late in the night. Our intention was to pass the tunnel to Gastein Valley where we booked a ski holiday. We entered in Mallnitz when a blizzard had started. We lost the train so, my family was afraid that we would sleep in the car in such a poor weather. I have seen a hotel, Hotel-Pension Edelweiss, which had plenty of lights and we went there in order to ask for accommodation. We was lucky to meet the owner of the hotel who was very friendly and ready to find a room for us. Because Edelweiss was full, he offered us something to eat and to drink and after a short break he got his car and we followed him to Hotel 3 Gemsen. There he had two rooms for us, one for adults and one for my teenager son. I think that there we had the best and the safest sleep of our life. The breakfast was very welcomed in the morning. In my opinion this is the way to make tourism. Many thanks, although I still think we owe our hosts more than some thanks...
