The hotel sent regular text through WhatsApp to keep me informed and provide assistance prior to my stay and during the stay. The hotel is just outside of the busy city area of El Calafate so if you don’t have a car it will mean getting a cab but that isn’t difficult. The hotel is spacious, clear and comfortable. The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. Breakfast was very nice every morning and you also had an opinion of eating dinner on the property. The view from my room was amazing. I loved everything about my stay in this property.
