This was a very charming and lovely place! Me and mother stayed here a while ago and we had a great experience. We where a little scared before arriving because of the not so great reviews but that was change when we arrived. Maybe we where lucky with the room, we had the room on the top floor at the bottom of the corridor with a little french balcony overviewing the canals. The top floor where somewhat connected to the next building (a coffeeshop) by a door so it occurred marjuana smell in our room but that wasn’t a problem. The stairs was very steep so i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who has trouble walking in stair’s (perhaps a senior). There where two fellow toilets in the building with one shower i one of the bathrooms. Breakfast was served on the first floor and it was very cozy. I would recommend this old and charming hostel, we where vary happy with our stay!
