We spent 4 nights in this hotel with our friends, during our roadtrip in Slovakia. We were 100% satisfied here - although the rooms are basic (the hotel has 2*), the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful - we got immediately whatever we asked for (extra towels, tourist map, vegetarian meals, extra veggies for breakfast...). Breakfast was very good (better than at some 4*hotels), the lady from the reception even made a home made cake. The pool/whirlpool/sauna are clean and pleasant to use. We loved eating halusky and sulance (Slovak national dishes) for lunch and just enjoying the nice terrace. There are a few tourist routes for a hike (we did the yellow one and climbed to Maly Javornik). It is an ideal place for a non-posh stay, in the middle of beautiful nature.
