We had five nights at this hotel and highly recommend it. I wrote to the hotel prior to the stay and requested a higher floor away from the lift . On checking in this was noted and a great room at the end of the corridor was provided . This allowed for a good night's sleep in the very comfortable soft bed . Room was spotlessly clean with a good bathroom. All staff we interacted with at the hotel were excellent and very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a little out of town but has good connections with the tram into the centre. Only negative is that smoking is allowed in the rooms, so when walking to our room from the lift was not very pleasant. That said thankfully the smoke did not enter our room. A great hotel for a city break.
