I first stayed at the Rote Late Hohenhotel in the early 2000's when I was participating in a company offsite. The hotel location is at a top of a mountain just outside of Baden Baden. The views are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen, the hotel staff are friendly and the food is excellent. At night, I remember hearing owls in the forest that surround the hotel. Whenever I am in that part of Germany I always bring my colleagues up to the hotel for lunch and they all are equally impressed with the location. Whenever I think of my favorite places I've been to in the world, this is near the top of the list!
