A gem of a hotel!! This is our second time at this resort! Nothing disappoints about this resort, the gardens are beautiful and extremely well maintained! The rooms are well appointed with everything you need. The housekeeping of the whole resort is exceptional, even to the point we saw them cleaning the inside of the elevators. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety of food and a good egg/pho station. The pool area is lovely, and again well maintained. The pool/beach attendants are very helpful with the sun umbrellas etc., Our only issue during our stay was that there is a sign that stated that beds not continuously used for 2 hours may get the towels removed and belongings left with management. Unfortunately this was not adhered to, and we did witness three beds with towels on and unused from 9.30am until after 14.00pm and people were looking for beds to use between these times! Maybe this needs addressing! Would we return again….for sure!!
