Our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and much of that is thanks to Ms. Miki Takei. I planned my sister's wedding from Dubai, which could have been a stressful experience, but Ms. Takei made everything incredibly smooth. Through our online meetings, she kept me involved every step of the way, always responding with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire planning process effortless. When we finally arrived, the wedding exceeded every expectation. Every detail was beautifully arranged, and the event was flawless. It was truly one of the most memorable days of our lives. Our family stayed at the hotel for more than 10 days, and throughout our stay we experienced outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team was welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. To make the celebration even more special, I also arranged my sister and her husband's honeymoon at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. The thoughtful surprises prepared for them, including a room upgrade and beautiful welcome amenities, exceeded all of our expectations.
