Just returned from our 3rd visit at Jaz sharm dreams. We had a fantastic time again,and this has become our 2nd home. We have become friends with many members of staff now,and the service we receive is incredible, and we are looked after incredibly well. THE THANKYOU LIST. Restaurant.. Reda..what can we say..we wanted for nothing. The service was incredible. Ahmed..again..fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble. Mohamed ..in the kitchen. The two chefs.... Cooks at breakfast..cant remember everyones name,but they couldn't do enough for us. It was our daughters 7th birthday,and the the celebration,table layout and cake they made was absolutely fantastic. POOL Again..the service we recieved from the lifeguards was fantastic. Drinks brought to us without asking,always chatting with us etc. Thankyou to.. Alan( smiley man) Fahd Hazem Yousaff..all top notch. CHILDRENS ENTS.. Rody..thankyou so much.. Amber-may loved it😃. Our holiday was fantastic and every member of staff was kind and considerate..I just wish we knew everyones name. Being returning customers and being friends with many staff,there is no doubt our service was up and above. We have already booked up again for next year after being home for only two days..we can't wait to return.. Thankyou for an incredible holiday again.
