Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. Renovation work at the main hotel building will continue until November 15, 2026 (inclusive). During this period, the hotel will continue to welcome guests as usual. Villas, a renovated lobby and reception area, and all of the resort's main infrastructure will be available for stays.
During their stay, guests can enjoy the Ultra All-Inclusive concept, which includes:
— Turquoise restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner;
— L'Olivo and Toro Loco restaurants, open for à la carte dinners;
— all resort bars;
— daytime snacks at Toro Loco and poolside snack service;
— seven outdoor pools.
Effective August 1, 2026, the Rixy Kids Club will be temporarily closed for renovations. During this period, all programs, activities, and services will be transferred to the Teens Club, where supervised activities for young guests will continue.
The renovations are part of the resort's modernization program. The hotel takes measures to minimize possible inconvenience, but reserves the right to change the opening hours and availability of restaurants, bars and other infrastructure if necessary.
An extra bed for children under 12 years old is free of charge, subject to availability at the time of arrival.
Deposit:
BB — AED 500.00 per room per day;
HB/FB — AED 250.00 per room per day;
AI — AED 500.00 per room per week.
Fee for buffet breakfast is approximately from AED 110.00 to AED 130.00 for adults, and from AED 55.00 to AED 65.00 for children.
For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
The hotel features the X Lounge entertainment center. The X Lounge is 2400 sq. m in size. The recreation area can accommodate up to 500 guests. The X Lounge offers evening entertainment, including live music and performances.
The hotel only offers an Ultra All-Inclusive option.
A la carte reservations are only valid for guests staying a minimum of two nights or more and not available on a check-in and check-out day.
Additional charges will be applied for certain premium alcoholic beverages, shisha service, water sport, shops in the hotel, and treatments in the spa.
The timetable of sporting, day time and evening entertainment, and Rixy Kids Club activities may vary and are subject to change or cancellation due operational cases or weather conditions and commitment.
After check-out, guests are no longer entitled to use the resort’s facilities and if guests wish to stay longer at the hotel’s premises, additional charges apply.

The dress code in all our a la carte restaurants is Smart Casual.
Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts, and closed shoes. Slippers or sandals are not allowed in our a la carte restaurants.
When attending Exclusive Sports Club classes, guests should bring their own towel and be in the activity area 5 minutes in advance. The Exclusive Sports Club age limit is 16 years of age and older. The Exclusive Sports Club for kids age limit is 4 to 12 years old.
The hotel reserves the right to change restaurant operational hours and entertainment program without prior notice.
