Room was great, very clean, easy drive to everything we wanted to get to. The views from our cabin were just lovely!
Excellent shower very hot water and a good size.
We had to pay extra for bed linen and towels and at the end of our stay ( which was only two nights) we had to clean the room or be charged extra. This seems the norm for this type of accomodation and didn't bother us.

basic cottages nothing fancy, nice view and good that you can park your bike/car right next to the cottage.

Just a hint of glamping, which we liked.  The cabins are well equipped, also for self-catering.  There are electric heaters in the bedroom and living room, which we appreciated in a chilly July. Plenty of hot water from the individual tank. Guests are asked to clean the cabins themselves before leaving, so there's no service. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra charge. There's plenty of space between cabins, so privacy is assured. We found the place very hard to find, so better directions are necessary. Stay on route 55 and do not descend to Haslo or Solvi!

My wife and I, along with her sister and mother, traveled to Norway in May to see the scenery and do some family research.   We were looking for a reasonably priced 3 bedroom cabin and this place fit the bill perfectly for us.   The cabin had a beautiful view from the front porch that we enjoyed after our day trips by car.   We were there before the tourist season so I think we were one of 2 cabins that were occupied during our 3 days.  We liked having the full kitchen and found this to be a very comfortable place to stay.  This location is outside of town but there was a nice small grocery store in Hafslo and larger stores including a liquor store in Sogndal.

Everything went smoothly with these guys. From the online booking until the check out everything worked just perfectly, we got what we expected, we payid what we expected (and it was a very good price compared to other places in the same area), we had two fantastic nights of sleep in a fantastic environment, truly Norwegian, with a stunning view over the lake and the Hafslo village.
Location is superb, being close to the main attractions in Sognefjord. You can drive North to the Nigardsbreen glacier, South to a cruise on Naeroyfjord and a ride on Flam Railway, or east to the Jotunheim Mountains and Vetisfossen waterfall.
The Hut for 2 people is lovely, my wife wanted to have one for us to live. Well, it is bigger than most of 1 bed apartments on London, inclusive ours...  :)
It certainly made our stay more authentic, we defintely recommend it.
