The Hadley Hotel

We stayed at the Hadley Hotel from the 25-27/11 as I had to have some surgery at a local clinic. How lucky we were that my husband found this hotel! I’ve just found my email to myself with my notes re a telephone call prior to going. They say it all - see below. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough. TELECON:- Have spoken to Marie at the Hadley hotel this morning ( Option 1. ) Advised we’re leaving Leigh on sea around 7pm so may arrive late in the evening. Said no problem. She suggests we call and let reception know what time we’re due to arrive and also let them know if we get delayed, as they lock the front door at 11 and if necessary the night staff will wait for us - even if we don’t arrive until 12 or 1 in the morning due to bad hold ups. Reiterated that we may need to cancel our booking for the Thursday night depending on surgery required but will know one way or another Wednesday evening. Again no problem, just let them know when we know. Spoke about breakfast and explained we’ll need to have a prompt one as need to be at skincare centre by 8.30 latest. Breakfast starts at 7.30 but she said there should be no problem doing something a bit earlier for us if need be. They can also supply a panini or something for lunch for us but apparently Barnet has lots of nice coffee shops and a supermarket so we could use those if we have time / prefer. Explained about surgery and that I need fresh towels every day. Again no problem. We just need to put towels on floor in shower and ensure ‘make up room’ sign is on door when we leave. Marie said they have lots of free parking nearby so I assume they don’t have a car park. Marie was extremely helpful and nice, as was Unique when I spoke to her the other week 😊
