We stopped here for the coffee tour, rather than the hotel, but the visit made me want to stay here, rather than just visit the coffee garden and tour the coffee facilities. A breezy setting of a traditional hacienda, in fact, made me want to buy the place so I could stay here. The tour was fascinating, with a "taste test", and a chance to see over 70 of the over 300 varieties of coffee.

All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay.
