To say that this hotel didn't live up to my expectations is to say nothing. It was a huge disappointment! They have only 2 rooms which sounds cool and unique, but even then staff have no idea who's arriving and which room their guests are going to stay in. Hotels with 300 rooms manage their bookings better. They don't accept cards but they don't tell you that when they call you to confirm the booking. Yet they blame everything (and I mean everything) on you. The manager of the hotel was extremely rude. I don't think I've ever seen a manager which would be so useless, arrogant and rude. Everyone was lying in the hotel and saying different things. The waitress said they can only serve breakfast after 10am. And when I asked why so late they told me that cook was away and someone else would come to cook instead of him. Someone whose working day starts at 10am. Surely they could accommodate their guests and ask this extra cook to arrive earlier! The waitress reluctantly agreed to serve it a bit earlier. I read good reviews about their breakfast so I expected a lot of food to be served. When I asked about it, the waitress said I have to choose between eggs or porridge, and they also give bread and butter, and tea or coffee. It didn't sound like anything people described! Then, the manager said that the cook was not away (so one of them was obviously lying) but they're not going to serve me full breakfast because I asked it to be served so early (at 9am!) and also because I'm vegetarian (this sounded like a curse). Isn't it just ridiculous?

I complained about someone's car being parked right in front of the door of the hotel. So that you can't go straight out and need to turn right and squeeze in between. They told me it's the parking lot there. And, besides, it's their boss, the owner of the hotel, who always leaves his car there. There was loads of space on the parking lot, but that boss decided to leave his car there. No respect at all to their guests! 
When I complained about it, the manager and some other member of the staff started shouting and laughing at me, and openly humiliating and insulting me. You see, they believe that their hotel is the best in the world, and no one can complain about anything there. 

Do not buy their nice pictures and description, it's nothing like that. In the end, it's horrible staff, bland and overpriced food in he restaurant, kitschy designs (pictures of naked women in the wardrobe and in the restaurant), and bad location, far from the centre. But it was the service that was truly unbearable. I could never imagine that someone could treat their guests in such a way. In the end, although it was almost night, I decided not to stay in this hotel, and left for another place. You can find a much better choice in Tula, no doubt about that.
