The guesthouse , for me not a hotel. Is very pleasant and great in the centre of the town. The church is next door so be aware that the bells ring. The rooms are all clean and tidy and really with the essentials ; bed desk, good hot shower and or bath, mini bar. There is a bar that opens when reception is on, and no evening meals. The breakfast is excellent typical fare of eggs and cold cuts and cheeses and fruits and cereals. All very good. Always happy to hear when I am booked in here again.

Had a few days in Schrobenhausen. The hotel is in the old town walls and in 2 buildings. One is above some retail units but is very quiet and peaceful , the other is part of main hotel where the bar and restaurant is. Room was clean , bed was comfy shower was hot. Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was good. The walking distance to many bars/cafe/restaurant. Would happily return. 

Hotel situated in middle of Old centre of the city. Very clean and functional, but no bells and whistles. Good breakfast served, but missed coffee in the rooms. Do take a walk around the wall of the Old City just behind the hotel

The hotel is located in the center of Schrobenhausen.
There is some open parking space available, but not directly at the hotel. However they offer a parking garage for your car if required.
The check-in was efficient and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are simple, a bit small, however very clean. The price of the room is very affordable.
The area is nice and features a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel offers a quiet surrounding at night and sleep quality is excellent.
There is a very good breakfast buffet and an attentive service as well.
All in all a good hotel at a nice location for a good price

My colleague and I stayed here August 2016 a week for business.  We found the location in the downtown great, lodging clean, the staff nice.  As an American who doesn't speak German the staff were accommodating and spoke enough English for us both to interact.  I did not get the impression foreigners were common guests as some information was not conveyed, such as how to get out of the underground parking once the door shuts on you.  The breakfast is very European (see photo), so if you are looking for a traditional American one I recommend the bakery at 48°33'46.0"N 11°15'53.1"E (sorry I don't have the name and not on Google Maps) and get their 'Lumberjack breakfast'.  The biggest problem with the hotel is not their fault, but an issue nonetheless, and that is the church bells.  They go every 15 minutes, and in the morning and evening 2 minutes straight - and the hotel is right next to them (although they are so loud I'm not sure anywhere downtown would escape their clamor).  Needless to say arriving jetlagged and up until 2am did not put me in the mood for 2 minutes of church bells at 6am...  If you are a sound sleeper no problems - if you aren't then might want to bring some ear plugs.
