Me and my husband spent New Year’s here and it was an amazing place we loved the David Bowie room!! So fun and nicely decorated!! I would loveto go back!!

We had a wonderful stay.  We were so surprised at how large the suite was (Johnny Cash room) and so beautifully decorated.

The room was decorated with a Bob Marley theme, which was really cool.

The place was immaculate with full amenities and extremely helpful management. A terrific experience.

Staff was great at meeting needs in a spec Ii Al situation. Room was wonderful!

Cool old house with lovely creaky steps and spotlessly clean. Love the music memorabilia all over - staying in the Bob Marley room was superb!!

This is my only review from my odyssey from SW Florida to wine country CA, and back.Aside from a friend’s home in CA, nothing comes remotely close to the quality of this experience at Greenway Manor.It took a call which was answered promptly by a very pleasant entrepreneur to get settled in. She set me up in a beautiful bungalow behind the main house next to a garage with a nice mural on the side. The place was clean, spacious, and well appointed.Sandwiched between hotels/motels, ranging from filthy to clean in common areas and rooms, staffed with from high level professionals to desk agents sitting at tables with phone and soda leaving a ‘be back soon’ sign, or sitting in a back room out of earshot, or leaving their post to accommodate continental breakfast patrons, only answering “is anybody here?” the third time with “you’ve got to be a little patient.” No, actually I’m paying you to not abandon your post and ignore my calls until you feel like it. The best was the desk agent in company polo and flannel pajama bottoms! If this sounds like wasting money to you as well, seek out places like the Greenway Manor. Should I find myself within 25 miles or so of the place again, that’s where I’m staying. And I’ll leave time to check out her restaurant downtown Bisbee.

The room was very clean and adorable.. We had the Diva room with 2 queen size canopy beds. It was like home away from home. It was set up like a mini studio with a kitchen. I loved that i was able to cook which saved us money. Staff was friendly, I also like that it's a self-check in when we got there you had a security code to enter to the house. We felt save. This is a place i would recommend to anyone. I will stay again in the near future. Thank you

I liked the themed rooms and quaintness of the facility. I did not receive check-in instructions, which made it inconvenient and annoying with time commitments. The stand alone tub conversion to a shower was extremely difficult to navigate getting into the tub/shower and then with the shower curtains clinging to me while showering and no place to put shampoo or soap.

Very impressed with the property.  Rooms were themed.  Clean , comfortable and quirky.  Kitchen was set up to allow for most every need.  Air Conditioning was VERY Appreciated.  I traveled with a friend so i appreciated the double beds that were not available else where.Away from the city of Bisbee,  but that allowed a peaceful environment.  (It was a very short drive away)Fire pit was available and was very intimate.Definitely will look the place up if i were to visit again.

I stayed in the Johnny Cash room. It was clean and decorated nicely. There is a kitchenette and little living room and dining room area. I booked the room for 3 and there was only one queen bed and a couch which would be fine but for future reference the couch is more decorative than comfortable for sleeping a third. I would not recommend it for a family but it is certainly cozy and cute for a couple or single traveler. Also check in was flawless and super easy. Would stay again with just the hubby and I.

The accommodations are colorful and comfortable. However, there is one issue that will keep us from returning there ever again.Only upon entering the foyer to proceed to the room does the guest see a sign that proclaims "No Guns, weapons. of any kind allow on premisis.[sic] "You will be asked to leave with no refund."Now, Arizona respects the right of all U.S. citizens to carry a concealed handgun with or without a permit, or to carry openly while in this state.  So it is assumed that accommodations will follow state law.The innkeeper may of course have more strict policies on their porperty - BUT THEY MUST STATE THESE POLICIES IN THE BOOKING INFORMATION WHICH GREENWAY MANOR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT DO.We have scrutinized the booking sites, and this policy is never listed. Therefore, the strict enforcement / no refund policy only seen at the last minute is incongruous and in very bad form.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greenway Manor. It's fun, rooms are themed and beds were super comfy. I went with 2 ladies I've known since the 3rd grade so we stayed in the Diva Room and it was perfect. Only suggestion is to maybe have another mirror in the room to help with getting ready as the bathroom is small and the mirror is on a window making it hard and hot to get ready.Property is well taken care of and minutes from downtown and all the attractions.

Great Place to Stay

We fell in love with this little place! I can’t even begin to explain how clean it was! Very easy to get in and out and the owner communicated the directions so there were no issues at all. This will be our new stay every time we are in Bisbee. We were in the Cash room which was literally an apartment.

The rooms are located in a beautiful 1903 house. The manager is very good about giving you information about the room, access, check-in check-out etc. It was a comfortable room with a small kitchenette. Each room had a rock n roll theme which made it fun.The downsides are that the manager is not on site, so if guests do not follow the rules there in not much you can do. Our neighbor decided to start singing loudly after 10 pm, so make sure to have earplugs. Also, the bathroom had a beautiful claw foot tub/shower combination with high sides. There is no grab rail. We found it difficult to get in and out. So, if you have mobility issues, you might see if there is a room that would accommodate you. Otherwise, it is a  one of a kind house with a convenient location, lots of parking and minimal outside noise.

This is such a cool property to anchor your Bisbee experience out of. There is a ton of music memorabilia and art, with amazing views of the stars at night. It’s a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to the heart of Old Bisbee, so if you enjoy being just a bit off of the beaten path, stay at this place.
