A few friends stayed here for 3 days & the service by the staff was excellent. They catered to all our requirements even at very short notice. There was no problem in payments & the linen was clean. The staff take all necessary action to improve when suggestions are given. The food cooked & served was authentic Jaffna food as we ordered. It's 10 minutes drive from the railway station. I believe that the staff has improved it's service as time has passed. Eating upstairs is a wonderful experience. Very spacious balcony. They have much more to go forward to upgrade themselves in the future. Very homely & safe place for a family.
