This stay in Grant Hayyt Shenyang completely redefined what “service” means to me, and every bit of that magic initiated with the hotel’s guests manager Lynn. It started the moment I got a phone call a day before arrival querying about my arrival time and room preference. Lynn personally asked questions like preferred floor height, room layout, views and smoking status. When I finally walked through the door, exhausted from the flight,everything was already pre-arranged at the front desk with the warmest smile, welcome drink and fruits. Lynn explained that she had prepared me to a corner room with the best view in the hotel just the way I like it, as always in Grant Hyatt Shenyang. Lynn always greet guests by name, this single detail told me customs are genuinely being cared at the hotel. Throughout my seven-night stay, Lynn’s thoughtfulness never stopped. She asked about how is the room humidity and if I had enough welcome fruits and sparking water. Nothing ever felt rehearsed; it all felt genuinely personal. Lynn didn’t just manage a hotel; she created memories I’ll carry forever. If you ever stay here, consider yourself lucky the second she smiles at you. Thank you, Lynn, from the bottom of my heart.
