We’ve just returned from a brilliant 10-day stay at the Grand Cettia Hotel in Turkey, and while there were a couple of minor drawbacks, the overall experience was fantastic — especially thanks to the incredible entertainment team. Yes, the rooms were quite basic for a 4-star hotel, and there was a bit of a daily rush for sunbeds in the morning, but these things were quickly overshadowed by everything else the hotel had to offer. The pool area was great, the slide kept the kids busy for hours, and the outdoor bar area was the perfect place to relax. But what really made this holiday special — and why we’d come back — is the entertainment team. Harry, Dennis, Potter, and John were absolutely exceptional. They went out of their way to get to know guests, remembered names, and made everyone feel genuinely welcome. They weren’t just putting on shows — they were always out mingling, chatting, and making sure everyone, from kids to adults, was included and having fun. Their energy, humour, and warmth created such a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere around the hotel every single day. We also can’t forget Amy in the kids club — she was amazing with our two children, keeping them happily entertained with pizza making, arts and crafts, cookie decorating and more. She made a real effort with each child, and our kids absolutely loved spending time there. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with a lively, welcoming vibe and a top-tier entertainment team, Grand Cettia is a great choice. We made some brilliant memories and would definitely consider returning!
